What is your go-to procrastination habit? Do you flip on the TV? Open up all the apps on your phone? Go somewhere? Neither of these is a big shift to my old habit, and you don’t need to think of a monumental change to how you are doing things. Easy to plug it back in, but requires an extra step. I haven’t actually done this, but it would be genius. Not hard to do, but again, it requires conscious effort and a decision to do it. I have to reach under our coffee table, pull out the basket, and find the remote.
